For purchases made through a third-party marketplace such as Amazon, returns and refunds are handled according to that marketplace’s own return policy.
For wholesale orders arranged directly with UMDAF, return and refund terms will be defined individually within the wholesale agreement between UMDAF and the purchasing party.
